Meet Michael Arrington, a passionate and experienced educational leader, advocate, and dedicated podcast host bringing you the latest and greatest in social justice, hip hop, and childhood trauma. With his extensive knowledge and unique perspective, every episode of the Be You Podcast has insightful conversations, engaging interviews, and thought-provoking discussions. He also is the founder and CEO of MEA Training and Program Development. Mr. Arrington is an author, activist, therapist, and behavior coach. Before joining the Rialto Unified School District, he spent 16 years with the Los Angeles County Probation Department, creating a unit for youth who suffer from mental health issues and intellectually disabled youth.
